Zero brokerage, explained
Brokerage exists to solve a discovery problem: owners can’t find tenants, tenants can’t find owners, and someone in the middle charges both for the introduction. Solve discovery properly and the middle disappears.
On VerifD, owners list directly and seekers enquire directly. Visits are proposed in-app, terms are accepted with an OTP, and deposits are paid online with a receipt. There is no step in that flow where a broker adds value, so there is no brokerage — not waived, just structurally absent.
What zero brokerage doesn’t mean is zero diligence. You should still visit, still read the terms, still ask questions. VerifD keeps all of that in one accountable thread, which is precisely what makes the middleman unnecessary.
