These terms govern your use of verifd.in and the VerifD rental platform, whether you are browsing listings, enquiring about a space, or listing and managing a property as an owner or PG operator.

They cover eligibility and account rules, what may and may not be listed, the identity and ownership verification owners must complete, how visits and rental terms are agreed, payments and refunds, and the limits of VerifD’s liability as a marketplace rather than a party to any rental agreement.
