Renting on VerifD

Every listing on VerifD belongs to an owner or PG operator who has verified their identity and their right to let the space. That single constraint removes the bulk of junk inventory — dead numbers, brokers posing as owners, and flats let out months ago — before you ever see it.

Availability is live. A room knows its beds and a building knows its units, so when a bed is allotted or a unit is let, availability updates everywhere at once: search results, the listing page and the owner’s dashboard all read the same source. What you see is what you can enquire about.

Pricing is shown in full before you enquire — rent, deposit and any recurring charges. There is no brokerage, because there is no broker: owners list directly, seekers enquire directly, visits are proposed in-app and terms are accepted with an OTP.

VerifD supports PG beds and co-living, homes, shops, offices and plots. All of them are, underneath, inventory with state — the same live-availability model spans every vertical.
